Roscoe Baird, age 54, Veteran of World War I, passed away Sunday, February 12 at Fort Whipple, Arizona. Survivors: wife, Mary, three brothers, Aaron, George and Lewis, of LaFollette; three sisters, Mrs. Ada Bacon of LaFollette, Mrs. Nannie Carroll and Mrs Millie Baird of Jellico; three sons, Walter of Dayton, Ohio, Keith and J.B. of Baltimore, Maryland. All are Veterans of World War II. Funeral Sunday at 2 o'clock at Fordtown Baptist Church. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery with Agee & Carden in charge.
