Mrs. Ada E. Bacon, 79, of LaFollette, died Thursday morning at LaFollette Community Hospital. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Esther Smith of LaFollette; granddaughter, Mrs. Mary Bolton, with whom she made her home; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other friends and relatives.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 11 at Martin's Chapel by the Rev. Howard Tapp. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
