A graveside service for Mrs. Ila Jean Shiflett, 52, of RFD 1, Spotsylvania, who died Tuesday at a Richmond hospital, will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Robert E. Revell will officiate.

Mrs. Shiflett was a Louisa County native and the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Luther Blevins. She was the former wife of Joseph Allen Shiflett of Fredericksburg. Mrs. Shiflett is survived by six sons, Joseph Allen Shiflett, Jr. of Loudoun; John Garon, Michael Edward, James Timothy, Phillip Mark and Neil Anthony Shiflett, all of Spotsylvania; four daughters, Mrs. Iris Jean Wehnert of Arnold, Md., Mrs. Kim S. McAfee, and Misses Lela Jean and Carolyn Gayle Shiflett, all of Spotsylvania; two brothers, Conrad Blevins of Fredericksburg and Charles Blevins of Baltimore, Md.; three sisters, Mrs. Leona Atkins of Laurel, Md., Mrs. Pauline Black of Spotsylvania and Mrs. Launia Acors of Partlow; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Joseph A. Shiflett, John G. Shiflett, Michael E. Shiflett, Phillip M. Shiflett, Reginald Wehnert and Richard McAfee.
