Samuel Brechbill died, this morning at 6.30 o'clock, at his late residence on West Fifth street extended, from tuberculosis, aged 62 years, 11 months and 27 days.

He had been ill since last Christmas.

He was born, December 4, 1850, in Pennsylvania, the son of Jacob W. And Sarah Wale Brechbill.

He was employed as a laborer.

He was a member of the old order of the River Brethren church.

He was married twice. His second wife survives him.

Surviving are his widow and these children by his second wife: Roy Brechbill, South Waynesboro; Harvey Brechbill, Cleveland avenue; Mrs. Charles Foltz, South Potomae avenue; Fred. Brechbill, Emma Brechbill, William Brechbill, Nellie Brechbill, Clara Brechbill and Beulah Brechbill, at home; these children by his first wife: Mrs. Barbara Stoler, Shippensburg; J.C. Brechbill, California; Noah Brechbill, Woodstock, and Levi Brechbill, Dayton, Ohio, and these brothers and sisters: Moses Brechbill, Myersville; John Brechbill, Newburg; Miss Katherine Brechbill, Shippensburg, and Abram Brechbill, Edgemont.
