Clarence R. Norris, 79, of R.R. 2, Greenville, died at 6:30 a.m. Sunday of a heart attack at his residence on Willis road, east of Greenville.
Mr. Norris was a Darke County native and had retired from farming in 1956. He was a member of of the Stelvideo Grange.
Survivors include his wife Eupha; two sons, Robert and I.J.Norris, both of R.R. 5 Greenville; one daughter, Mrs. Glen Woods, Greenville; one sister, Mrs. Sara (sic) Carothers, Savona; nine grandchildren, one step-grandchild and four great-grandchidlren.
Services will be heldThursday at 2 p.m.at the Zechar McKnight and Baker funeral home, East Third Street, with the Rev. LeMoine Wright officiating. Burial will be in Abbottsville cemetery.
