MYTON, Duchesne county - Funeral services for Faith Curtis Babcock, 72, of Myton, who died Monday in a Roosevelt hospital, will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Myton Ward Chapel.
She was the mother of Arthur E. Babcock, Provo, and Mrs. Vonda Dietz, Pleasant Grove. A sister, Caroline Trinnaman lives in Orem.
Mrs. Babcock was born Feb. 13, 1901 in Barton, Ida. to William Barton and Prudence Jane Miles Curtis. On Nov. 17, 1920 she married Earl L. Babcock in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and he died Aug. 10, 1971.
Survivors include two sons and three daughters, Arthur E. Babcock, Provo; Mrs. Dietz, Pleasant Grove; LeRoy Babcock, Granger; Mrs. Bert (Erma) Allred, Myton, and Mrs. Richard (Dora) Wymer, Roosevelt; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Mrs. Trinnaman, Orem, and Mark Curtis, St. George.
Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary, Roosevelt, Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and at the chapel Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Myton Cemetery.
