Lancaster-Grover Couch, 81, retired farmer of Heath Springs, died Sturday.

He was born in Lancaster County, son of the late Franklin and Parthenia Marshall Couch.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Dela Adams of Rock Hill, Mrs. Vera Barret and Mrs. Betty Cauthen of Heath Springs, Mrs. Marie Phillips of Kershaw and Mrs. Annie Mae Hinson of Lancaster; seven sons, William, James and David Couch of Heath Springs, Coleman Couch of Chester, Eugene Couch of Franklin, N. C., Wilbur Couch of Lancaster and Bobby Couch of Baltimore Md., four sisters, Mrs. Ira Brasington of Heath Springs, Mrs. Gladys Downs of Alexanderia Va., Mrs. Maude Kenrick of Union and Mrs. Frances Anderson of Moncks Corner; six brothers, Dodus Couch of Batesburg, M. E. Couch of Chancelor, Ga., B. W. John C. and Max Couch of West Columbia and Paul Couch of Bennettsville, N. C., and his step mother, Mrs. Ola Downs of Fort Mill.

Funeral will be at 5 P.M. Sunday at the Rich Hill Baptist Church.

Mahaffey Funeral Home is in charge.
