Mrs. Amanda Baker Burnette, died April 3, 1922 in her 75th year. Wife of Mr. William Burnette. Born near Mt. Lebanon, La. and lived in Bienville and Webster Parish all her life. Mother of five children, four sons and one daughter. Member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church . Funeral services conducted Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. in the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church by Rev. Harrell of Minden. Buried in Mt. Lebanon cemetery.
Note: William & Amanda have another son, Augustus Burnett born in 1876. In 1924, he was a railroad man and his address was not known (from his brother Percy's obit).
