Mrs. Holley was born May 3, 1911 in Rockdale to Ernest and Betty (Backhaus) Noack. She married E.H. "Bill" Holley on Feb. 28, 1931 in Rockdale. She was in business in Rockdale for 48 years. She and her husband owned Holley's Motel and Restaurant in Rockdale. Mrs. Holley was a long time member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Rockdale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, E.H. "Bill" Holley; parents, Ernest and Betty Noack; sons, Douglas, Harvey Lee, Kenneth Holley; brother, William Earl Noack; granddaughter, Hope; sister, Ruby Whiteley.
Survivors include son, Garland Holley and wife Judy of Monticello, MN; daughters-in-law, Barbara Holley of Lake Whitney, Ina Holley Kasper of Austin; brother, Leon Noack of Rockdale; three sisters, Emma VonGonton of Rockdale, Della Mae Keen of Rockdale, Helen Perry of Rockdale; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
