FLORIAN LAMEY IN FRANCE

Miss Clara Wells of this city has received word from her brother, Florian Lamey, Headquarters of 153 Infantry, that his ship had safely arrived in France. Florian enlisted only about two months ago, which shows that Uncle Sam moves with considerable swiftness in putting his boys on the other side of the sea. The family are naturally relieved to hear of the young soldier's safe arrival, and that the perils of the sea were not perils at all so far as he and ship are concerned.
