Bill was born the son of the late William Berry and Hassie M. Medley Brewer. A farmer and member of the Grange Hall Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Mae Campbell Brewer; brother, Clarence Burr Brewer; half-sisters, Maggie Lou Crouch, Elizabeth Warren and Burnace Blanks and half-brother, John D. Herndon. He was married to Ruby Sain Brewer of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Barbara Ann Tobitt, Rebecca Jo Brewer and Brenda Tischer all of McMinnville; two step-daughters, Diane Dishmon and Beverly Hutchings both of McMinnville; sister, Bettye Young of McMinnville; three grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one step-great-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and special friends, Roy P. Smith and Ricky Patrick both of McMinnville.
