Clima Jane Carr, 65, Anderson, died May 8, 2004, at her residence after an extended illness.
She was born April 15, 1939, in Anderson, and lived in this area all of her life. She was a homemaker and a nurse's aide.
She was a member of Central Community Church and the Keenagers.
Survivors include sons, Danny (wife, Mary) Boyer, Billy (wife, Tammy) Gordon and Brian Gordon, all of Anderson; daughters, Dollie (husband, Fred) Merritt, Jane Gordon and Althea (husband, Danny) Reeves, all of Anderson; sisters, Linda (husband, Larry), Patty (husband, Dave) Merritt, and Marjorie ?Margie? Thompson; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is special friend, William "Bill" Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Merrill Truman "Bill" Gordon, in 1967; two sons, Steve Boyer and David Gordon in 1976; mother, Stella (Gustin) Boyer; and second husband, Jack Carr.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Gregg officiating. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the South Chapel.
