FUNERAL RITES FOR CHARLES BARNETT TUESDAY AFTERNOON
Funeral services for Charles Barnett who died in his home at 509 Chicago Avenue, Peoria, Saturday, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock in the Murphy Memorial home.
Friends may call at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
He was born Oct. 30, 1869 in Abingdon, a son of William and Mary (Johnson) Barnett, He was preceded in death, Nov. 5, 1949, by his wife, Emma.
Surviving are six children, Mrs. Josephine French. Mrs. Mabel Bellamy, Charles, Carl and Robert Barnett, all of Peoria: and Mrs. Mary Daniels, Farmington: 28 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren: and one sister, Mrs. Lillie Wilkinson, of California.
