Born Dec. 9, 1886, Salt Lake City, to Charles and Emma Gard(i)ner Cook. Married J.R. Alt, (19 Sep 1914, Farmington, Davis Co., UT). He died in 1916. Married Claud F(rank) Houser, Nov. 7, 1917, Salt Lake City. Member LDS Church; Relief Society Worker.
Survivors: husband; son, .... Alt, Salt Lake City; three grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Rulon (Mildred) Gatherum, Salt Lake City.
Funeral Friday, 11 a.m., 36 E. 7th South, where friends call Thursday 6-8 p.m., and Friday one hour before services. Burial Salt Lake City Cemetery."
