Soloman Clark Fowler, age 72, died February 27 at his home in the Jones community after a long illness. Funeral service and burial were conducted by James Wheeler March 4, 2:00 p.m., at the Dotson cemetery. The Bruce Brashears Undertaking Company had charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Fowler was a native and lifelong resident of Madison county, Arkansas, engaging continuously in farming. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Cora Bolinger of Ucross, Wyo., Mrs. Martha Bolinger and Mrs. Lucile Boatright of Huntsville, and three sons, Oliver of Fullerton, Johnnie and Omer of Anaheim, Cali.; also by two sisters, Mrs. Martha Casey of Haskell, Okla., and Mrs. Mary Stroud of Huntsville.
