Mrs. Dima Bolinger, 79, died Jan. 11 at her home here. She was born May 28, 1881 in Madison county, the daughter of Albert and Mary Jones, and was the widow of the late Harvey H. Bolinger. She was a lifelong resident of this county.
Survivors include a son, Claude Bolinger of Ucross, Wyo.; three grandsons whom she raised as her own children, Odie, Olen and Gerald Fowler; three sisters, Mrs. Kate Dotson of Huntsville, Mrs. Tennie Dotson of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Maudie Girdner of Tahlequah, Okla.; nine other grandchildren,12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in the Brashears Funeral Home chapel conducted by Rev. Vivan Rhodes. Burial was in the Wharton Creek cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were: Elton Sparks, Arlie Silvis, Elmer Martin, Orba Youngblood, Oscar Wall and Artie cemetery.
