FUNERAL SERVICES HELD THURSDAY FOR BEN NUCKOLLS, 59
Funeral services for Ben W. Nuckolls of Hulett were held last Thursday at the First Baptist church in Hulett. Nuckolls, 59 died April 18, 1960 at his home.
Services were conducted by Rev. Don Wileman. Burial was in the Moore Hill cemetery under the direction of the C. D. Roberts Funetal Home.
Pallbearers were Ralph Copple, Roy Neiman, J. W. Nuckolls, Don Steiger, John Storm and Dale Rathbun.
Ben Winton Nuckolls was born at Galax, Va., on Sept. 10, 1900 and came to Wyoming at an early age to live with his brother Will.
He later went into the ranching business in Barlow Canyon where he was living at the time of his marriage to Goldie Rathbun Oct. 17, 1923
He is survived by his wife; two daughters - Mrs. Annabel Gordon, Belle Fourche, and Mrs. Dixie Porter, Bountiful, Utah; three brothers, William, Hulett; and Earl and Hale, Galax, Va.; three sisters - Mrs. Harry Tongren, Chicago; Mrs. Gaye Dobyns, Galax; and Mrs. Dawn Thomas, Colfax, Wash.; and three grand-children.
He was preceeded in death by his parents and three sisters.
