Services for Hattie Alice Vollmer, 77, of rt. one, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Strode Funeral home chapel with the Rev. Irving Smith, the Rev. Henry Moton and the Rev. Richard C Hedger conducting.
Mrs. Vollmer, who died here today, was born May 24, 1884, at Burden, Kans. to Mr. and Mrs. Michael Stockwell. She married Simon Peter Vollmer on May 1, 1904, in Stillwater. At the age of five she came to Oklahoma and has lived northeast of Stillwater since.
She was a member of the First Methodist church.
Survivors include one son, Orlo, of Rt. 1, and one daughter, Mrs. Velma Puckett, of 419 S. Duncan. Also one sister, Mrs. Flossie Sears, of 2014 W. Fifth. Her husband preceded her in death on Dec. 8, 1960."
