Lewis Houser, age 84, a life-time resident of Bonpas township, died last Friday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Hubert Hasler, in Bonpas township, with whom he had lived for the past five months.
Mr. Houser was born on a farm in Bonpas township and lived on the same farm his entire life until he moved to his daughter's home due to illness.
He is survived by seven children; Mrs. E. G. Winninger of Olney, Mrs. Hubert Hasler and Mrs. Mabel Thomson both of Bonpas township, Mrs. Anna Groff and Wilbur Houser, both of Sumner, Howard Houser of Mt. Vernon and Lloyd Houser of Mansfield.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Mt. Olive church and burial was in the nearby cemetery
