Rev. Lee Milligan will officiate. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. Emma was born April 6, 1898 at Herman to Joseph and Lena Staben Thielfoldt. She grew up near Herman. She married Nels M. Svendgaard August 13, 1919 at Omaha. They farmed near Kennard and then near Arlington. She moved to Arlington in 1939 and had been residing at Arbor Manor in Fremont since 1993. She was a member of the Arlington Community Church. She had six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren
