Mrs. Judd was born May 15, 1911, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Louis and Birdie Campbell Short.
She was amember of Christ United Methodist Church in Shenandoah and a homemaker.
Her Husband, Harold "Jess" Judd died Nov 25, 1990.
Surviving are one daughter, Lois Morris, Elkton, with whom she lived for the past eight years. One son, Robert Judd, Fort Worth, texas; one sister, Mattie Batman, Stanley; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The Revs. Steve Plymale and Milton Marks will conduct the funeral at 2 p.m., Tuesday at Christ United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Shenandoah.
The family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. today at the Kyger Funeral Home in Shenandoah or friendsw may call at the Morris home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Elkton or Shenandoah Rescue Squads.
