Born August 4, 1914. Age at time of death 23 years 5 month 25 days. Was a store clerk for 4 years.

Father is Robert Pulsipher and mother is Ellen Aldred Pulsipher.

Cause of death is "Septicemia" (?) from an operation Jan. 28. Died Jan. 30, 1938.

Recorded on the Certificate of death that she was buried Feb. 3, 1938 in Castle Gate; however, there is a headstone in Price City Cemetery.
