Lillian was born to Robert and Ellen (Aldred) Pulsipher, on 10 Jun 1924. She married Rex Earl Milano. He proceeded her in death in 1950. She married Kenneth George St. John, he proceeded her in death in 1986. She is survived by Her daughters: Rexine (Paul) Evans, Earlene (Roger) Brokaw, and Sandi (Mark) Gunter. Step Children; Michael (Cathy) St. John, and Kathy Cellamare. Grandchildren: Tamara (Ed) Glaser, Roger Rex (Cathy) Brokaw, Matthew Cory (Kelly) Brokaw, Heather Rose (Darren) Montgomery, Brandi Brokaw, Rebekah Brokaw, Alycia (Arthur) Dzik, Liberty (Matthew) Seaford, Margert Gunter, Katie Mae Gunter. Besides her husbands she was proceed in death by her parents, brothers; Robert and Bill Pulsipher, sisters; Alice Pehrson, Edna Pulsipher, and Mae Pulsipher.
