Funeral services for Mrs. Ed Chandler, 53, years of age, was held at the Methodist church, Wednesday, with Rev. T.L. Dickerson officiating. Burial in the Highland cemetery was in charge of the Greer company. Mrs Chandler died Tuesday night at her home here, after a brief illness. She was born in Tennessee and spent most of her life in the Gernades Chapel community. She was a member of the Methodist church. Besides her husband, Mrs. Chandler is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary Yearta; four daughters, Louise Chandler of the home, Mrs. Euna Holmes, Gernades Chapel, Mrs. Raymond Edgin, Gar Creek, and Mrs, Frank Moss, Paris; two sons, Frank Chandler, Ratcliff, and Dewey Chandler, Van Buren; and one sister, Mrs. Tom Garner, Gar Creek.
