Mrs. Brewer Is Summoned
Fairport Woman Dies at Local Hospital;
Funeral Service to Be Monday

Mrs. Louise Brewer, 35, of Fairport, died at Hershey hospital at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon.

Mrs. Brewer was born at Milwaukee, Wis., July 12, 1895. She came to Muscatine with her family in 1900. She was married to Arthur Barr of Muscatine in 1914 and three children were born to them,Esther, Gertrude, and Frederick Barr. Following a divorce Mrs. Brewer was married to Glen Brewer of Fairport, May 8, 1922.

Surviving are her husband; one son Frederick Barr, Fairport; two daughters, Esther and Gertrude Barr,both of this city; her father, Carl Krueger, Muscatine; a brother, Edward Krueger, Muscatine; one sister, Mrs. A. A. Pallischeck of this city; one step-son, Leonard Brewer. Her mother and one sister preceded her in death.

A short service will be conducted at the Meyers Funeral Home at 1 o'clock and at the Fairport church by the Rev. E. A. Lack, pastor of Ziegler Memorial Lutheran church at New Era.

Monday Afternoon

Fairport----Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Brewer were held on Monday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. E. A. Lack, pastor of the Ziegler Memorial Lutheran church of New Era. A short service was held at the Myers funeral home at 1 o'clock and at the Fairport church at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Harold Buster, Mrs. Roy Reeves, Mr. L. H. Bennett and the Rev. E. E. A. Lack, sang "In the Garden" "Sweet Bye and Bye,"
"God Will Take Care of You" and "Saved by Grace." They were accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Fred Shellhorn. Flowers were in charge of Mrs. John McCullough and Miss Clara Snider. Pallbearers were Harold Buster, Harry Meeke, Rufus Brewer, Donald Brewer, Raymond Truesdale and George Eis. Burial was in the Fairport cemetery.
