Corp., and father of Alfred W. Podsednik of Grand Prairie, was celebrated at 11
a.m. Wednesday in West, McClennan County. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery
in that city.
Rosary was recited Tuesday night at his home, 4202 Falls Drive, Dallas, in which
he died Monday after a brief illness.
A native of Frelsburg, Colorado County, he had been a farmer until eight years
ago, at which time he moved to Dallas and entered Temco employment. He was a
member of the Catholic Organization of Texas.
Besides his son who resides here, he is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs.
Harvey R. Dupriest of Dallas; another son, Benjamin A. Podsednik of Santa Maria,
Calif.; three brothers, Anton Podsednik and Joseph Podsednik, both of Tours,
McLennan County, and Louis Podsednik of Hillsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Frances
Koppa of Waco and Mrs. Mary Grelhesll of Leroy, McLennan County; seven
grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

John A. Podseknik, Buried in West
John Anton Podsednik, 71, passed away Monday in Dallas. He was a brother of Anton and Joe Podsednik of Tours and Mrs. Mary Grellhesl of Leroy.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at Church of the Assumption in West. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Albina Podsednik; daughter, Mrs. Harvey R. Dupriest of Dallas; sons, Benjamin A. Podsednik of California, Alfred W. Podsednik of Grand Prairie; brothers, Anton and Joseph of Tours, Louis Podsednik of Hillsboro; sisters, Mrs. Frances Koppa of Waco, Mrs. Mary Grellhesl of Leroy.
