Last Rites For Mrs. Grellhesl Held In Tours


Mrs. Frank (Marie) Grellhesl, 70, of Tours, died about 1 p.m. Friday, June 23 in her home.


Requiem Mass was celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Martin's Catholic Church at Tours, Rev. Marion Atomanczyk officiated. Burial was in St. Martin's Cemetery.


Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Sunday, June 25 in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel.


Mrs. Grellhesl was born in Frelsburg and had lived in Tours and Leroy for the past 62 years. She was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church, the St. Elizabeth Society and the KJZT Lodge No. 45 of Tours.


Survivors are her husband, Frank Grellhesl; two daughters, Mrs. Ed (Wilma) Matus of Tours and Mrs. Charlie (Mary) Tobola of Shreveport, La.; two brothers, Anton Podsednik of Tours and Louis Podsednik of Port Arthur; and eight grandchildren.


Pallbearers were Emil Kucera of Abbott, Edward Podsednik of Tours, Robert Podsednik of Arlington, Anton Grellhesl of Leroy, Joe J. Podsednik and Mike Steinocher of Hoen.
