Frank Adamcik, 88, of West died Sunday night in the West hospital.
Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Monday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Rev. Earl Hedberg was celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery in West.
Mr. Adamcik was born in Czechoslovakia and had lived in the West area most of his life. He lived in Ennis for eight years before moving back to West about a year ago.
He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. He was a member of the KJT Society No. 31 of West, and the SPJST Lodge No. 6.
Survivors include one son, Willie Adamcik of West; two daughters, Mrs. Agnes Trlica of West and Mrs. Mary Sykora of Dallas; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
