Myrtle Gregory, 88, of Chatsworth died at 4:20 p.m. yesterday (Sept. 25, 1993) at Palmwood Healthcare Center, Piper City.

She was born Nov. 25, 1906, in Lutesville, Mo., a daughter of Albert and Lillie Stamm. She married Phillip Edward Gregory on Dec. 17, 1925, in Lutesville, Mo. He died Sept. 25, 1975.

Survivors include a daughter, Agnes Kietzman, Chatsworth; a son, Estel, Decatur; five brothers, Douglas Stamm and Roy Stamm, both of Piper City; Marion Stamm, Pekin; Everett Stamm, Gibson City; and Paul Stamm, Paxton; three sisters, Eulene Wagner, Loda; Peggy Kurtenbach, Pontiac; and Mildred Bruchinsky, Iowa; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Mrs. Gregory was a homemaker. She attended country schools near Lutesville, Mo.
