Daughter of Josiah and Elizabeth (Plant) Parish. Wife of David Hopkins. Mother of David Hopkins.

Hannah Parish was married April 1775 to David Hopkins 1748-1813 (Rev War veteran, judge and state senator).

After Senator David Hopkins died, Hannah moved to be with her children in Cayuga County.
