Charles Edward Hymer, 88, died Tuesday, Nov. 3 2009 at his home. He was born Dec. 6, 1920 in Estill County, the son of the late Orvis Sr., and Nora Begley Hymer. He was a Army veteran.

Survivors include a daughter, Rose Marie Hymer of Ohio; and a brother, Orvis Hymer Jr. of Michiagan.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Spicer, a sister Mary Ellen Rose; and three brothers Mendel, Maylone and Orvis Daniel Hymer.

Graveside services at Boian Cemetery by Bro. Sydney Sparks. Warren F. Toler Funeral Home, Irvine, Ky was in charge of arrangements. Citizen Voice & Times, Estill County, Ky. father provided by 46848724
