Arvis Hymer died at the home of his father near Reges following an illness of five years of tuberculosis. Surviving hims are his parents, Mr and Mrs. George Hymer, four sons, Arvis Jr and Mindal of Blackburn, Daniel of Ohio, Eddie in the CCC and one daughter, Mary Ellen Dozier of Irvine. Two brothers, Sid Hymer of Hamilton, OH and Ancil Hymer of Blackburn. Burial in the Boian Cemetery.
