DYERSBURG, Tenn. - Mary Hazel Felks Bolton, 75, formerly of Booneville, died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. She was born Oct. 21, 1934, to Richard V. and Beulah Willis Felks. She worked as a factory worker with Blue Bell Mfg. and Hancock Fabrics. She taught school for two years at Biggersville Elementary. She was a member of Southaven Church of Christ.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Jim Chamblee and Elder Rick Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Rest Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Glidewell of Dyersburg, Tenn.; one sister, Ruthie (Roy) Elliott of Booneville; two grandchildren, Jared Nobles and Cason Nobles.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles William Bolton; and her son, Barry Lamar Bolton.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
