Funeral services for Mrs. Parlee Susan Bazar Hale, 71, who died in Bush, La., St. Tammany Parish, January 6, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday Jan. 9, at the Mars Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Shelton will officiate. Burial will be in
the church cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home. The remains are now at the Hixson Funeral Home, Winnfield, until time for the last rites.

Surviving are four sons: Eugene C. Hale, Atlanta, Ga., Murrell of Beaumont, Texas, Edward of El Paso, Texas, and Jack Hale of Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Alon Fredieu of Hedcox, Texas and Mrs. R. A. Killingsworth, of Bush, La.; three brothers, Alfred, William, and Paton [sic Payton] Bazar, all of Montgomery; three sisters, Mrs. J. B. Moore of Natchitoches, and Mrs. J. H. Lewis and Mrs. Marshall Walker of Montgomery.

She also leaves 18 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
