On Mar 17,1920, at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, he was married to Amelia "Emilie" Deubler. They had 7 children, Oleta, Elda, Doloris, Doloma, Luetta, Lorraine and Roger.

Survivors were his wife Emilie; sons, Lorraine, Roger; daughters, Aleta Rinne, Elda Beethe, Doloris Bohling, Doloma Rinne, Luetta Volker; 12 grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Clara Stanley.

Julius Henry August Haack born on Jul 25, 1895, in Nemaha County near Elk Creek, NE. Son of Louis Haack and Emma Johanna Catherine Bebensee. He was baptized Sep 22, 1894, at St. James Lutheran Church east of Elk Creek by Pastor Ludwig Muller. Confirmation vows were taken on April 12, 1908 by Pastor E.F. Geyer, also of St. James Lutheran Church. He attended rural school near family home.

He was united in marriage to Emilie Deubler of Johnson, NE. on March 17, 1920, at the Martin Luther Church by Pastor W. R. Fruehling. Seven children were born to this union. The first six years of their marriage was spent on a farm near Johnson, then seven years were spent near Tecumseh, Ne. and the past twenty-four years they lived near Elk Creek.

He passed away May 18, 1975, at the community Memorial Hospital of Humboldt, NE. where he had been a patient the past 16 days.

Those left to mourn are his wife, Emilie; 2 sons, Lorriane of Treymore, IA. and Roger at home; 5 daughters, Mrs. Olita Rinne of Tecumseh, Mrs. Elda Beethe of Elk Creek, Mrs. Ted (Doloris)Bohling of Auburn, Mrs. Allan (Doloma)Rinne of Syracuse, NE. and Mrs. Erwin (Luetta) Volker of Auburn, NE.; one daughter-in-law in law; 3 son-in-law; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grand child and one sister, Mrs. Cecil (Clara) Stanley of Tecumseh, NE.
