Louis H. Haack, son of Louis and Emma (Bebensee) Haack, passed away on March 1, 1965, at the age of 65 years, at the Clarkson Memorial Hospital in Omaha, after a long and severe illiness.

He was born at Elk Creek, NE on October 8, 1899. He was baptized November 12, 1899 by Pastor Muller and confirmed March 28, 1915, by Pastor Fruehling.

He was preceeded in death by his parents; two brothers; two sisters; also a stillborn infant daughter.

He was married to Veda Habben on February 23, 1922. They lived around Wilcox and Hildreth the first twenty years of their married life and were members of St. Peter's Lutheran Church.

They moved to Omaha in 1941 and have since made that their home. He suffered severely the last four years of his earthly sojourn.

Funeral services were held, Thursday, March 4, 1965 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church at Hildreth with Pastor Charles Harmon officiating. Music was furnished by the mens quartet: George Warnken, John Fuerst and Carl F. Bauer, with Mrs. John Fuerst as accompanist. Pallbearers were Otto Frerichs, Hippe Osterbuhr, Albert Schepler, LaVern Reil, Henry Jurgens and Henry Frecks.
