Johnny passed away Monday at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
A lifelong resident of Silsbee, he ran Smitty Hardware in Silsbee for several years.
He was preceded in death by his wife Frances, sons Johnny Lee and Archie and daughter Nita Sue.
Survivors include two daughters Linda Easterwood and Bonnie Rogers and husband Doug; two sisters Violet Rhodes and Alice Anding; one brother Floyd V. 'Pat' Smith; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
