Jesse Fredrick Kibbe, son of Millard and Mary (Clarkson) Kibbe, was born April 15, 1881 at Randall, Kansas, and died August 18, 1972 at the Jewell County hospital in Mankato, after an illness of two years.
On October 29, 1902, he was married to Bessie Belmont "Monta" Seaver and to this union were born five children: Jacob Millard Kibbe, Mary Leonard "Midge" Kibbe, Murvin Fredrick Kibbe and Bertha Minerva Kibbe. Baby Warren died in infancy.
He was a graduate of Randall High School in 1899 and attended Kansas State College at Manhattan, Kansas. He lived all of his life and farmed in the Randall community. For many years he was a director of the Randall Band, served on the Randall Rural High School and Grade School boards for over 20 years and was a member of the Prairie Township Board.
He was a past member of the Odd Fellows and Elks Lodge, also of the Randall Christian church.
