FRANK BURR DIES TUESDAY

Frank M. Burr, 81, for many years the Guttenberg City electrician, died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Guttenberg Municipal hospital. Mr. Burr had been ill for some time.

Funeral services will be held from the McBride funeral home to St. Mary's church where the rites will be conducted by Rev. A. J. Schmitz, pastor of St. Mary's church, at 9:30 a.m., Friday. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Mr. Burr was born June 12, 1882, in Osterdock and had been a lifelong resident of this area. On October 20, 1915, he married Martha Stoeffler in Guttenberg.

Surviving Mr. Burr are two sons, Verdus Burr of New Vienna and Edward Burr of Mondovi, Wisconsin, as well as one brother, Joe Burr of Marshfield, Wisconsin.

The St. Mary's parish Rosary will be recited at the McBride funeral home Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.
