Ruby Eunice McInnes, 100, Neosho, went to be with her Lord at 7:06 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2007, following a sudden illness. She was born Aug. 4, 1906, in DeQueen, Ark., to James and Mary Ida (Webb) Bayan.
Mrs. McInnes moved to Neosho in 1983 from Miami, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Neosho. Ruby married Edwin Leroy McInnes March 16, 1925. He preceded her in death June 29, 1983. She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Frye, Neosho, and June Cease, Tulsa, Okla.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Beverly Burtrum, one brother, two sisters, and a granddaughter, Debbie Frye Whelan. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at First Baptist Church, with Dr. Todd Decker and Rev. Ryan Palmer officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, Miami, Okla. Pallbearers will be Mike Sitton, David Burtrum, Rick Brown, Tim Cease, Terry DeVore and Mike Whelan.
