Evangeline Kay West Lewallen, 47, of Robbins, passed away November 1, 2009, at St. Mary's Medical Center of Scott County in Oneida.
Born in Scott County, January 7, 1962, she was preceded in death by her parents, James Coleman and Opal Jane Byrd West; her daughter, Donna Larae West; one brother, Kent Coleman West; and grandparents: Rhoda and John Ramsey Byrd, and Silas and Alma West.
She is survived by her son, Donnie Ray West of Helenwood; her husband, Ronald Lewallen of Robbins; step-son, Harlan Lewallen of Ga.; two sisters, Rosezetta Trice and husband, Dennis, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Pauletta Jeffers and husband, Steve, of Pioneer; special nephews: Zackery Trice and Brandon King West; mother-in-law, Thelma Lewallen of Morgan county; several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted November 3, in the chapel of West-Murley
Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Golden officiating. Interment was to have been conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery.
