HERRINGTON, Lula, 70, died at 5 p.m. Friday at the Nicholas County Hospital after a long illness. She was a native of Nicholas County, a member of the Assembly of God Church. She is survived by three daughters, Mr. James West, Frankfort, Mrs. Maurine Brunson, Anderson, Indiana, Mrs. Tilton Mitchell, Falmouth, three sons, Jessie W. Herrington, Ocala, Florida, Robert D. Herrington and Billy Herrington, both of Nicholas County, three sisters, Mrs. Burgess Doyle, Sardis, Mrs. Clyde Clark, and Mrs. Allen T. Bomagen, both of Nicholas County, three brothers, Robert Dotson, Flemingsburg, Elmer Dotson, Robertson County, and Bradley Dotson, Carlisle, 31 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Services 2 p.m. Sunday at the Assembly of God Church, conducted by Sister Gentizer, burial in the Carlisle Cemetery. The body his at the Mathers-Shearer Chapel where friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday.
