Elizabeth Heap Glenn, 88 of Mount Pleasant a retired accountant with Charleston Air Force Base, died Sunday in a local nursing home.
The funeral will be at 11:00 Tuesday in McAlister's Downtown Chapel. Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery.
Mrs.Glenn was born in Milltown, Georgia a daughter of John H. Heape and C. McGowan Heap.
She was a graduate of Georgia schools and attended Rice Business College. She was a member of first Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant an attended the Episcopal Church of the Holy Family. She was the widow of Harry C. Glenn.
Surving are two daughters, Barbara G Thompson of Moncks Corner and Joanne G. Cothran of Greenville; two sons Charles W. Glenn of Summerville. C. David Glenn of Ladson; a sister Maxine H. Berry of North Charleston. 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
