Floyd - Hortense Hylton Hatcher, age 76, passed away Saturday, November 28, 1987 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Survivors are her husband, Jesse W. Hatcher, Floyd; three daughters, Alice Yeates, Patrick Springs; Mary Meadows, Eden, Nc.; Hazel Sonner, Greensboro, N C.; David Hatcher, Floyd; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 pm. Monday, Nov. 30, 1987 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Reymold Simmons and Rev. Keith Spangler officiating. Burial was in the Topeco Cemetery.
