Bonnie Carter Smith Hurst, 67, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, at her home.
She was a secretary and a native of Liverpool.
Survivors include her husband, Leo Hurst, Greensburg;
four sons,
Terry Day Smith, Independence,
William T.(Bull) Smith, Greensburg,
Charles E.(Gene) Smith, Amite,
Macky L. Hurst, Henrietta, Texas;
11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren;
two sisters,
Gloria C. Taylor, North, S.C.,
Patsy C. Byrum, Orangeburg, S.C.
Her former husband, Toler Day Smith; sister, Ruby Jones; and parents, Troy and Irma Carter, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be at Red Bluff Baptist Church, Greensburg, tonight from 6 to 10 and Thursday from 8 a.m. until the funeral at 11.
The Rev. Bob Russell will conduct the service, and burial will be in Centre Cemetery, Greensburg.
McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, is in charge.
