"Bartlett - Claude L. Landrith, a retired farmer of Bartlett died yesterday in the Oswego Hospital. He was 75.
He had been in the hospital for the past nine days.
Landrith was born near Bartlett Jan. 8, 1887. For many years he farmed a place one mile north of here. He retired in 1952 and moved to town.
He was married Jan. 7, 1914 at Oswego to Mary E. Pickering, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Clifford, rural Bartlett; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Peters, Bartlett; a brother, Leon, Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A brother, Orton H., preceded him in death.
Landrith was a member of the Bartlett Presbyterian Church, where the funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Boyd Ash will officiate.
Burial will be in Lake Creek Cemetery under direction of the Goodwin Funeral Home of Edna."
