"Gloria M. Fimbres 1953-2001

Gloria M. Fimbres, of Willcox, died Nov. 10, 2001 in Tucson at the age of 48. Gloria was born in Mexico to Estaben Medina and Jesus (Rodriguez) Medina on Oct. 15, 1953.

Gloria lived in Willcox for nine years and worked for Bonita Nurseries. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In 1970 in Mexicalli, Mexico she married Jose Andres Fimbres.

Survivors include her husband Jose Andres Fimbres of Willcox; her son Jesus Andres Fimbres of Willcox; and daughters Brenda Moran of Tucson, and Maria Encinas of Willcox. Also surviving are 13 brothers and sisters, and seven grandchildren.

A Rosary will be offered today, Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. at Westlawn Chapel with funeral mass on Thursday, Nov. 15, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Westlawn Chapel & Mortuary in Willcox."
