Sylvia - Marion Smith Book, 70, died Sunday at Hutchinson Hospital. Born March 5, 1907 at Sylvia, he was a retired farmer and a lifetime resident.
He was a member of Amerian Legion, veteran of World War II.
Survivors include brothers: Jerome J., Sylvia; Forrest J., Aurora, Colo.; sisters: Mrs. Ida Carter, Ulysses; Mrs. Pauline Stafford, Lemon Grove, Calif.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Peacock-Milton Funeral Home, Stafford. Burial will be in Sylvia Cemetery. Friends may call 1 to 9:30 p.m. Monday and until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
