Mrs. Lula A. Carr, formerly of Delta County, died Monday, March 12, at Cherry Street Annex in Paris.
Funeral services were slated for 2:30PM Tuesday, March 13, at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel, with Richard Tatum officiating. Burial was in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Carr was born March 13, 1887, in Arkansas, the daughter of George A. Driggars and Rosa L. Driggars.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Carr. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Maddie Simpson of Paris and Miss Rose Smith of Hot Springs, Arkansas; two grandsons, Gene Carr and Joe Carr, both of St. Joseph, MO. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Gip Carr.
