BELL
Mr. Thomas Helm Bell died at his residence on Walnut and Third streets in this city about eight o'clock, A. M. yesterday, in the seventy-first year of his age.
Mr. Bell was a native of Danville and was greatly beloved In this community, being a loyal and honorable gentleman whose friends were devoted to him. He had been for many years in the railway mail service and in charge of mail transfers at Junction City and Louisville, and, more recently at Lexington.
Mr. Bell married in 1869 Miss Lucy Lee, who survives him together with their children Mr. Josh F. Bell, Mr. Frances J. Bell, Mr. Miller Lee Bell, Mrs. W. W. Johnson, Mrs. . Emmet Puryear, Miss Mary Bell, and Miss Josephine Bell.
The funeral service will be at the residence at five o'clock Sunday afternoon
